Friday, January 24 - Vendor applicants will be notified of their acceptance
Friday, February 14 - Deadline for booth payment fee
Monday, February 24 - Friday, March 7 - Participants will receive additional information and booth location assignments
Friday, March 7 - Preliminary set-up of booth space from 1-4PM, pick up parking pass
Saturday, March 8 - Day of event, set-up opens at 8:30 AM; vendors ready to vend by 10AM

City acceptance of your application establishes certain mutual rights and responsibilities. By completing the online vendor application, you are certifying under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the State of Washington, that the information you provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief, and that you will comply with all vendor guidelines.
If you are accepted as a vendor, your submitted images may be used by the Sequim Sunshine Festival for promotional purposes.
