    As a grantee of the HUD fiscal year (FY) 2024 Economic Development Initiative (EDI) Community Project Funding (CPF) grants program, signing up for a Cohort offers you the chance to work at your own pace and provides opportunities to collaborate with your peers and HUD's technical assistance (TA) providers in group office hours settings, supporting you in the development of your CPF package for submission to HUD. The Cohorts ensures that each self-paced session is followed by live/in-person office hours with TA providers who are knowledgeable in the session topic, can answer your questions, and can provide you with support and guidance.

     

    Training Objectives

    Participants will be able to:

    * Develop a complete project narrative
    * Develop a project budget that meets 2 CFR Part 200 requirements
    * Understand the environmental review requirement for their projects
    * Accurately prepare the required forms for submission to HUD with back-up documentation
    * Fill in their FY 2024 CPF Grant Agreement
    * Review materials for accuracy and completeness and develop a complete grant material submission package for their CPF project for HUD's review and approval
