Event Ticket and Tribute Journal Form

Individuals placing ads or making donations will receive the following:

• Journal Listing - $180

• Quarter Page - $250

• Half Page - $500 Includes a set of beautiful Jerusalem stones that can be placed on a loved one’s grave.

• Full Page - $1000 Includes a set of beautiful Jerusalem stones that can be placed on a loved one’s grave.

• Silver - $1800 Includes a set of beautiful Jerusalem stones that can be placed on a loved one’s grave and a physical cleaning of one loved one's grave.

• Gold - $2500 Includes a set of beautiful Jerusalem stones that can be placed on a loved one’s grave and a physical cleaning of two loved ones' graves .

• Platinum - $5000 Includes a set of beautiful Jerusalem stones that can be placed on a loved one’s grave and a physical cleaning of three loved ones' graves.

• Diamond - $7500-$10,000 Includes a set of beautiful Jerusalem stones that can be placed on a loved one’s grave as well as a physical cleaning of six loved ones' graves and a memorial service under rabbinical supervision.*

*Graves must be located in the New York Metro area. Timing will depend on the weather. Rabbi Schultz will be reaching out to you to discuss the specific details regarding location and condition of the graves.

Donations of:

$180 and higher include 1 ticket 

$250-$500 include 2 tickets

$1000-$2500 includes 4 tickets 

$2500+ include 4 tickets
