    Friday March 21, 2025 - Optional Master Classes and Scholarship Class 
    5:00-8:30pm

    Saturday March 22, 2025 - Master Classes and Tech Rehearsals
    9:00am-8:00pm

    Sunday March 23, 2025 - Master Classes and Performances

    9:00-6:00pm

  • Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest 2025 - Company Contract

  • Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest LLC ("PYDF"), headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, enters into the following contract with {companyName} ("Performance Group") as of  Pick a Date* .

    The Performance Group agrees to participate in the Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest on March 21-23th, 2025 at Drexel University at 3141 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19104. 

    Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest shall consist of pre-professional dancers performing original works by various choreographers throughout the region. 

    The Performance Group agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per student to participate in the festival due on February 12, 2025.  

    The Performance Group will be provided with in-person master classes as part of the festival. Should The Performance Group decide not to attend classes, notification via email must be given to PYDF by January 1, 2025.  

    Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest is not responsible for obtaining music rights for the piece being performed.  

    All Members/Dancers of the Performance Group must sign the Hold Harmless Waiver .

    The Performance Group agrees to allow photos and video of their company to be used by Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest, as promotional material for publicity. 

    There is absolutely no smoking, alcohol use and drug use on the premises.

  • Hold Harmless Release

  • In consideration of being provided the opportunity to participate in the Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest at Drexel University, in a dance festival directed by Melissa Chisena, I ,   *   *   voluntarily agree to assume any and all risks which might be associated with this activity and I further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Drexel University, its officers, committee members, directors and agents and Melissa Chisena / Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest, from and against any claim which I or any other person representing me may have for any losses, damages or injuries arising out of or in connection with this activity including but not limited to any claim arising from my travel to or from the facility.

    I have read and I understand the above release. I voluntarily agree to be legally bound by its terms.
