If it doesn't, you'll also be informed that you was regrettably not chosen for placemet on their editorial program If we get any placements or they request additional information, we will absolutely let you know. DSPs/Editors are not required to notify us, so they don't always do so, but occasionally they do since we have great communication with them. One method is to monitor your statistics; alternatively, you may use apps like "Songstats" and "HeartBeat Music Analytics" to receive notifications when your music is placed on an editorial program playlist.
If case we are unable to secure you into a DSP editorial program we give you the option to choose if you want us to pitch again after 30 days free of charge or credit you 50% of the payment to your account balance on our website to use on other services.*

Terms and Conditions and No Refund Policy: Our service DOES NOT include follow ups with DSPs if rejected. This is not a pay for play service or pay for approval on an editorial program and there is no guarantee of success. The service fee covers the time spent to individually pitch your artist music to DSPs, there are no refunds for non-inclusion in any editorial program. You agree that once you make a payment you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
