Event Helper Job Duties:
As an Event Helper, you'll play a key role in ensuring the event runs smoothly from start to finish. Here’s what the day will look like:
Event Setup: Arrive early to help set up designated areas, ensuring that all stations, decor, and equipment are ready for guests.
Area Monitoring: Keep an eye on assigned sections throughout the event to maintain organization, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Communication: Report any questions or concerns to the event planner promptly to address issues or make adjustments as needed.
Clean-up & Maintenance: Regularly wipe down surfaces, pick up any debris, and keep your area tidy during the event to maintain a clean and professional environment.
Event Breakdown: Assist with taking down decorations, packing up supplies, and ensuring the venue is left in good condition after the event.
Important Details:
Event Duration: This is an all-day commitment from 10:00 am to 11:30 pm.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for the majority of the day
