Membership Transfer
In Company status, there is a fully functional Church Board. However, the Church Board will function as a committee under the direction of the Conference Executive Committee. Membership and church discipline will be administered by the Conference Executive Committee (Church Manual, pg. 40, 41). All members of the Company are to transfer their membership from the Sponsoring (parent) Church to the Conference Church as a Company cannot hold membership. Each family is now able to request their membership to be transferred from the Sponsoring Church to The Message Seventh-Day Adventist Company Via the Conference Executive Committee.
