Release / Waiver

I understand and acknowledge that:

Pet care involves inherent and unavoidable risks. Despite reasonable care and supervision by Pet Comfort & Clean Spaces, pets may sustain injuries, become ill, or exhibit unexpected behavior during normal activities such as walking, playing, exercise, eating, or interacting with their environment. Such incidents may occur even on familiar routes, in controlled settings, and with proper precautions.

I hereby agree to release and hold harmless Pet Comfort & Clean Spaces from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

1. Injury or illness to my pet(s) that occurs during care, including but not limited to: injuries from walking, running, playing, normal wear on paws/pads, interactions with environment, or complications from pre-existing conditions—EXCEPT in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Pet Comfort & Clean Spaces

2. Loss or escape of my pet(s), provided reasonable precautions were taken

3. Damage caused by my pet(s) to property, other animals, or persons

4. Behavioral incidents including biting, scratching, or aggression by my pet(s) toward Pet Comfort & Clean Spaces, other persons, or animals

Veterinary Care & Financial Responsibility:

Pet Comfort & Clean Spaces is granted permission to act on my behalf and seek veterinary care if deemed necessary for my pet's health and well-being. I agree that I am fully responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred during or as a result of care provided, including emergency treatment, diagnostic testing, medications, and follow-up care. I will reimburse Pet Comfort & Clean Spaces for any veterinary expenses paid on my behalf within 7 days of invoice.

Health Certification:

I certify that my pet(s) are current on all required vaccinations (rabies, DHPP/FVRCP, Bordetella as applicable) and will provide proof if requested. I further certify that my pet does not suffer from any life-threatening or contagious disease that could be aggravated by contact with other pets or exposure to other animals. I will immediately notify Pet Comfort & Clean Spaces of any changes to my pet's health status.

Disclosure Requirement:

I agree to fully disclose any history of aggression, biting, escape attempts, health conditions, or behavioral issues. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in service termination and I remain liable for any resulting injuries or damages.

Understanding the above stated risks, I freely and voluntarily enter into this contract, including the release and waiver, with Pet Comfort & Clean Spaces.
