The Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information (R.S.Q., c. A-2.1) requires HEC Montréal to take the necessary means to ensure the confidentiality of personal information that HEC Montréal is required to hold in the exercise of its functions, regardless of the form of the document on which the information is recorded.

By completing the form with the necessary information to create your employment file, you authorize HEC Montréal to collect personal information about you.

This information will be used for administrative management purposes. It may also be used for statistical purposes and included in audit reports.

For a maximum period of 60 days following collection, the data will be hosted on external data centers that comply with current standards. Your personal information will also be hosted on HEC Montréal servers located in Quebec.
