BUSINESS WOMEN MENTORS WANTED!

Join 80 businesswomen to mentor 240 high school girls at our 2nd annual JA B.O.L.D. Summit for Girls! Spend your day supporting these young women in developing their leadership journey to success.We're looking for 80 businesswomen to mentor 240 high school girls at our 2nd annual JA B.O.L.D. Summit for Girls at LSU Shreveport on November 19 from 9:00 - 2:00 PM. You will spend the day building relationships with a small group of female students, supporting them in their leadership journey and mentoring them through various discussions during the event.

Volunteer Role:
- Share background and experiences with students
- Listen to and support students in small group discussions
- Help students see the connection between classroom learning and achieving their goals
- Encourage students to plan their path to career success
- Help students build confidence, courage, and resilience
Volunteer Requirements:
- Must be able to volunteer for the entire event
- Sign 2024-2025 JA Volunteer Forms
- Attend a 15 min virtual training on November 18 at either 9:00AM or 12:00PM (The Zoom link will be sent to all registered mentors.)
