  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

     

    1. The payment terms below are to be strictly followed. Failure to pay on time , will result in your account terms being revoked immediately. Your account will then be refered to debt collection agency. You will be liable for all fees charged by the agency, to recover your debt. 

    2. You will recieve monthly statements to assist you with managing your account. At anytime you can request additional information by emailing us at:

    3. Failure to make contact with us (7) days prior to the payment due date,  will result in your account being suspended and you will not be able to continue to purchase until the balance of the overdue amount is paid in full.

    4. Please ensure the information above is correct, as the accounting email provided is where all automatic statements and invoices will be sent. 

    5. It is your responsibility to ensure these details stay up to date, to update them please email the accounting department listed in section 2. 

    6. If your account has numerous late payments, Precision Tools and Technology has the right to revoke your terms. 

     

    EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

    The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or for any loss to a customer arising from a third party claim occasioned by errors in delivery of goods or by goods lost or delivered late by courier, carrier or post. The company is not in any circumstances the agent of the carrier or any public or private postal service.

     

    AMENDMENT OF TERMS OF TRADE

    These terms of Trade may be amended at any time by the company. The terms of the amendment shall be forwarded by the company to the customer and upon delivery of goods contained in such order the customer shall be deemed to accept these Terms of Trade together with any amendment thereof.

     

     

  • GUARANTEE

    In consideration of the company granting to the customer credit in respect of the purchase of the goods mentioned above at our specific request which I/we hereby acknowledge then

    hereby unconditionally guarantee the payment by the customer of the monies required to be paid pursuant to the conditions of sale. I/We agree to indemnify the company against any loss the company may suffer arising out of any work or sale undertaken by the company on behalf of the customer and pursuant to these conditions of sale.

    I/We further agree that no release, delay or other indulgence given by the company to the customer or to the customer’s successors or assigns or any other thing whereby I/We would have been released and I/we been merely a surety shall release prejudice or affect my/our liability as guarantor or as indemnifier I/we further acknowledge that the company may treat me/us for all purposes as principal debtor and I/we further agree that no release, delay or other indulgence given by the company to the customer or to proceedings against me/us. It is further acknowledged that if there is more than one guarantor in this contract then our liability as guarantors shall be joint and several.

     

    By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have authority/permission to act on behalf of the company agreeing to the terms.

    Where the Customer is a Company, the person(s) referred to as guarantor'(s) in this Agreement shall personally guarantee the obligations of the Customer.

    By signing this agreement, the undersigned authorised signatory agrees to provide personal surety for any outstanding amounts accrued to this account.
