I tailor your plan based on your specific needs and the information you provide me with - be honest with where you are starting from so that I can put you in the best position to succeed! Your health and wellbeing and my top priority and I will always act in your best interest.Β Please ensure you read over my coaching expectations throughly to ensure this is right fit. You must have a good level of self accountability, commitment to the process and willing to take this investment into yourself seriously. Online coaching is anΒ 12-week minimum commitment.

  • I (the client) agree and acknowledge that my coach is not liable for any injuries or accidents that could happen during my training. Training is a physical activity that comes with risks when exercises are not performed properly. If I (the client) feel any pain or discomfort during my training I will send form video's to my coach.
