Online Coaching Agreement
Thank you for your application for 1:1 online coaching! To work with me you need an open mind, the willingness to want to learn/up-skill and a positive attitude. I tailor your plan based on your specific needs and the information you provide me with - be honest with where you are starting from so that I can put you in the best position to succeed! Your health and wellbeing and my top priority and I will always act in your best interest.Β Please ensure you read over my coaching expectations throughly to ensure this is right fit. You must have a good level of self accountability, commitment to the process and willing to take this investment into yourself seriously. Online coaching is anΒ 12-week minimum commitment.

I (the client) agree and acknowledge that my coach is not liable for any injuries or accidents that could happen during my training. Training is a physical activity that comes with risks when exercises are not performed properly. If I (the client) feel any pain or discomfort during my training I will send form video's to my coach.

Clients are entitled to 2 x meal plans per month upon request. Meal plans are a great way for getting started but come with limitations in the long term. My mission is to help educate my clients and improve their nutritional literacy. I (the client) understand and have the willingness to want to learn and develop these skills.

I (the client) understand I must be 100% coachable and maintain a level of self-accountability. I understand that the results are based on my own (the client's) effort and adherence, not my coach's.

I (the client) understand that Online Coaching is a collaborative effort between the client and coach. My coach will not be responsible for chasing up missed check-ins, failure to communicate where help is needed (I can't help if you don't communicate your struggles), failure to update data, photos and body stats, this is the client's responsibility.

I agree to communicate with my coach. This means asking for additional support where/when needed, asking questions where there is confusion and being honest with your coach about any struggles you are having - this does not mean getting started and disappearing offline for weeks. Clients are expected to hold a level of self accountability and outreach to/communicate with their coach where they are struggling.

Response times and communication - Please allow 24-48hrs response time between work hours (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm - excluding public holidays. I encourage clients to note down any non-urgent questions and include them in their weekly check-in forms. This way I can provide more in depth support and add more value to your check in.

I (the client) understand that weekly check in feedback will be based off the details I (the client) have provided my coach with. The more information provided, the more value I will get from my check in feedback. Providing minimal information and feedback on my form will result in less feedback value. Note: The weeks where we struggle the most are the weeks where we need valuable feedback the MOST!

Once your coaching application is approved it can take up to 7 business days to finalise your customised programmingΒ - the program will be based on the information you provided with your best interests taken into account. For best results please be as transparent as possible.

I understand that online coaching is a minimum of 12 weeks and results will be fully based on my compliance and effort - no refunds will be issued for failure to commit to the minimum term (unless due to medical or health limitations with clinical note provided).

Online coaching is set up with monthly auto payments, to cancel your programming you must send me a written message through the app or WhatsApp at least 72 hours before your next debit dateΒ - Please note you will lose all access to your programming through the app. Data will be stored to your account which you have access to upon re-joining.
