KIWITAG REGISTRATION TERM 1, 2025

This registration is for Term 1, 2025. All players must register.

One form to be completed in full for each applicant.

Teams will be based on player registration numbers.

Bethlehem College relies heavily on parent coaches and managers to lead the different teams. If you are interested in committing to a team for this term, please indicate this below.

You do not need to have past coaching experience - just a positive and committed attitude to the team. We will endeavour to have some 'coach training' sessions for adult and student coaches to help you out with this.

Please note: without parent volunteers to coach and manage we are unable to enter teams, we require coaches and managers for every team prior to entering teams with Otumoetai Eels RLC.

Information and Key Dates:

These students play in mixed boy / girl teams on Monday nights at Mitchell Park, Bellevue.

Game Times are from 3.45pm until 6pm.

TEAMS

Teams will be formed by the sports office and signed off by the Director of Sport. Once announced teams are final. There needs to be a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 10 players in each team.

We understand that there is need for some children to be placed in teams strategically due to travel requirements and other logistical reasons. If a request is made for students to be in the same team, we will seek to do our best to honour that request BEFORE THE TEAMS ARE NAMED.

Please be aware that we may not be able to accomodate all requests, and we will ony be working with requests direct from parents, NOT from students. Once the teams are named, the lists are final. Please indicate in the area below if you have specific requests.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

Term 1 2025

Year 0-8 $40 per student

If players decide to withdraw after being placed in a team they will still be liable for the full payment. Bethlehem College has to commit to expenses associated with the teams once registrations are completed.

UNIFORM

All players are to wear BC PE t-shirt. Otumoetai Eels will provide each student with shorts. Socks and trainers are to be worn and please have a drink bottle.
