By submitting your work to A New Kind of Festival, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. Submission of your film is voluntary, and participation in the submission process does not guarantee that your work will be selected for the festival. All intellectual property rights remain with the filmmaker, and submission does not transfer ownership to A New Kind of Festival. We will not reproduce, distribute, or share your work outside the context of the festival without your consent. All materials submitted will be kept confidential and used solely for festival review and consideration. Any personal information collected will not be shared with third parties without your consent. By submitting, you confirm that your work is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright or trademark laws. You agree to release A New Kind of Festival from any liability related to copyright or intellectual property disputes. Additionally, you grant A New Kind of Festival permission to use stills, brief clips, or descriptions of your work for promotional purposes specific to the festival. Full-length screenings or additional uses will require your separate consent. We respect and honor the originality and integrity of all submissions and are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all artists.
