Referral Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility for Incentives: Incentives are awarded when a referral completes the 90-day review with their coach or has been in the program for 90 days and is an active client.

2. Referral Process: The referrer must provide accurate and current information about the referral. Incentives cannot be awarded if the referral details are incorrect or incomplete.

3. Incentive Redemption: Once a referral has completed their 90-day review with the coach or has been in the program for 90 days, the referrer will be notified and may then choose their incentive from the available options.

4. Limitations: Incentives are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one incentive can be awarded per referral.

5. Program Updates: This referral program is subject to change at any time. Any modifications will be communicated promptly to all active participants.

6. Consent: By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have the referral’s permission to share their contact information.
