This is the application form for Elfia Haarzuilens 2025, which we ask you to fill out. went back to single full application form per event, because a lot of you were unhappy about the extra general form we used last year.  

After filling out this form, you will receive any event-specific informaton, like a schedule and the crew booklet at a later point before the event. 

Elfia will at all times treat all the data you enter on this form with care. We will never share your details with people outside the organisation, without explicit permission.

• You agree that your name will appear on our schedule, which we send to all volunteers.
• You agree that your name and e-mail address might be shared with your (volunteer) team captain, so they can send you important information about your task before the event.

We also ask you to fill in some personal details that are important for the jobs for which compensation is provided. We need this data for the Dutch Belastingdienst (IRS), without your BSN, among others, we cannot pay you.

These personal details will only be visible to select individuals within our organisation, and will be shared with our accountant.

I hereby declare that I will work as a volunteer during one or both Elfia events in 2025.

I will abide by the rules of decency as stated in the crew booklet I will receive before each event.

I am aware that there is no relationship of authority between me as a volunteer and Stelf B.V. and that, as a volunteer, I can decide for myself whether I want to make my contribution at each event.

Also, I can indicate my preference for the tasks I would like to perform. Based on this, Stelf B.V. will make a schedule and distribute the volunteer tasks.

As a volunteer, I am aware of the expense allowance that is paid pro rata for certain functions, namely;

• Work on setting up and dismantling the event
• Team leader during the weekend

As a volunteer, I am responsible for declaring my expenses to the Tax Office during my income tax return.
