If you are submitting a video as a Musician Educator / teacher. Please sign on behalf of your programme that consent is in place.
- I have been informed that this content may be available on Music Generation channels and/or utilised by co-funders of Music Generation as outlined.
- I give consent for this content of my children, to be used in publicity, social media, website and for documentary purposes.
- I consent for the final content to be shared with Music Generation for the same purposes, and retained for a period of up to five years.
- I consent to the content to be shared with trusted partners of Music Generation – namely Local Music Education Partnerships and The Ireland Funds.
- I consent for this content to be retained by Music Generation after a period of five years for historical reference/archiving purposes.
