There are no fees for parade participation. All participants must adhere to the rules and expectations for entry attached. Line up will begin at Bower's Funeral Home at 4:30 Parade will start at 5:00. Parade route will be down Main St, Left on Lake St, then left on School St and will return to Bower's Funeral Home

Participants will be automatically entered into each category.  The categories are Best Overall, Most Original, Best Entertainment, Best Group or Club, Best Themed

• All floats, trailers, and pulled carriers shall have lights that are working, secure, and safe. Children under 10 years old shall have a ratio of 6 children per 1 adult.
• Riders of floats, trailers, and pulled carriers may not dangle their legs or sit on the edge of the said vehicles. Riding on the hood of a vehicle is prohibited.
• All vehicles must be operated in a safe and reasonable manner. Operators are expected to have full control of their vehicles at all times. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the parade.
• Any animal entered in the parade must be in control at all times by a responsible party. Any animal waste (including dogs) left on the parade route will be cleaned up immediately by a participant of the unit. If they are not walking with the unit, the animals will not be allowed to participate. All entries that include animals are expected to adhere to Town of Lincoln ordinances regarding animal control. All horse groups must have a designated clean-up crew.
• Walkers may hand out information but will be responsible for any of said information left on private property.
• All participants are expected to be sober and free from the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances.
• All Motorized Transports & Vehicles must provide their own insurance and assume full responsibility for their actions while in the parade.
• There shall be no children under the age of 4 walking in the parade without an adult present.
