I understand, that the stylist I’m seeing for this service has varying levels of talent, that I am a model, and that the main purpose of these services is for the stylist to evolve in their craft by trying new and innovative techniques. Each service will be discussed and agreed to before the service begins. I understand that there is an element of risk and I am fully willing to take that chance.
I acknowledge that I am receiving services at a discounted price and Hello Hair Collective cannot honor any guarantee. I also acknowledge that if I am not completely satisfied with the outcome, Hello Hair will perform any adjustments for an additional fee.
As a model, I consent to all video/photos taken during my service. Any footage taken during my service can be used in marketing and promotional materials for Hello Hair Collective and the artist I am receiving services from.
