    • Rehearsal Schedule & Conflicts
    • Please READ CAREFULLY and fill out the form below to the best of your knowledge at this time.

Be sure to check the school calendar for events, your personal calendar for family vacations, or any other extracurricular activities that may conflict with the rehearsal process. The rehearsal schedule is created on the availably of the cast and production staff.

      • NEW THIS YEAR: IF you are cast in the Middle School musical, you will automatically be placed in the Middle School Musical Enrichment class on Wednesdays. This is a required commitment.
      • Rehearsals will be held on Monday (3:45 to 5:45p), Wednesday (2:20 to 5:30p), Thursday (2:50 to 5:00p).
      • If you have a lead role, you may be asked to come in for extra rehearsals on a Tuesday or Friday. I will work with your schedule when this is needed.
      • All cast is not called to every rehearsal.
      • All rehearsals are tentative, to be decided based on cast availability.
      • Larger roles require more rehearsal time.
      • Ensemble roles require the least.
      • DEBATE: Justin allows one release a week. Doing the play and debate may be possible, but it will not be possible to have a lead role and do debate. Please list it as a conflict if you want to do both.
      • GLEE: Please note if you are currently in Glee.
      • MUSIC COMBOS: Meet Tuesday/Thursday. You may be able to partcipate in both. Please list this as a conflict if you are involved with music combos.

The weekly rehearsal schedule is sent out by the Friday of the prior week and includes the days and times each actor is needed at rehearsal. Because rehearsals are an organic process, highly influenced by experience, school events, conflicts and group dynamics, it is difficult to predict what we need too far ahead of time. In order to make the best use of everyone's time, we need to have as much information as possible from you so that the Directors and Stage Managers can make informed decisions. Be thorough in describing your conflicts.

We understand that things may come up for which you hadn't planned, but if we know in advance about any potential conflicts, it makes this process easier for everyone.
