Thank you for your interest in joining the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County’s 46th Annual Pancake Day as a vendor! To ensure a successful and organized event, please review and agree to the following terms before submitting your application.A non-refundable $50 fee is required to reserve a vendor space. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and submission of the vendor fee confirms your commitment to participate in the event. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and any additional setup equipment they may need, as no tables or chairs will be provided.Vendors may choose to set up the day before (during designated hours, which will be shared closer to the event date) or on the morning of the event. For those setting up on the event day, please be fully set up by 7:00 AM on Saturday, December 7, 2024, as the event opens at that time. The event ends at 11:00 AM, and breakdown must be completed by 12:00 PM; early takedown is not permitted to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.Please note that while we do not enforce category exclusivity, we do limit each company to one vendor. For example, while multiple financial service providers may attend, the same financial company may not be represented more than once. While vendors may sell baked goods and pre-packaged foods, no other food items are allowed, as it would conflict with our pancake fundraiser.Vendors are responsible for keeping their designated area clean and orderly and are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any conduct deemed disruptive may result in removal without refund. This event attracts over 1,000 attendees annually, providing excellent visibility for all vendors, and we encourage each vendor to promote their participation to maximize engagement and ensure a successful day for all.By submitting your application and vendor fee, you agree to these terms.
