Audio/Visual Usage Waiver: I agree to allow Oregon Repertory Singers (ORS) to use the above enrolled singer’s image or voice (“recordings”) in publication, sale, advertising, and promotion including all periodicals, books, brochures, video, or electronic media. Recordings will be used in support of the mission and programs of ORS. In general, recordings are made in group settings with multiple singers “in frame.” No singer will be identified by name without first requesting and receiving permission from the enrolled Parent/Guardian(s). Families enrolling multiple singers will be emailed their invoices for payments. A 10% sibling discount will be applied to the 2nd singer. No payment is due at this time.

ORSYC believes our youth programs should be accessible to anyone interested in singing. Financial Aid applications will be reviewed and applicants notified of their award within 1 week via Parent/Guardian #1's email. Financial Aid will be awarded up to 80% of the tuition.
