    This daily inspection covers all operator inspection items in HSEOP-04-02, and Morrow Service and Maintenance Record Sheet for Alimak FC 7100-12.

  • DAILY INSPECTION:

  • 1. The operator is a qualified operator. Documentation is on-site.*
  • 2. Operating manual is in the cage.*
  • 3. Check for oil leakage. Check hydraulic oil levels.*
  • 4. Check brakes and brake torque.*
  • 5. Check the gate & trap door interlockings, 3-phase switch, and equalizer switch. -Test run hoist with door open -Test run hoist with trap door open -Test run with 3-phase switch off -Test run with equalizer switch off*
  • 6. Check all door interlockings.*
  • 7. Check that cage and counterweight travel areas are free from obstruction.*
  • 8. Grease cage rollers.*
  • 9. Follow any daily hoist routine inspection items on safety sign plates inside cage.*
