Terms and Conditions
Membership Requirements:
Membership must be current and paid in full prior to booth registration to qualify for member discounts.
HBA membership must remain active through the end of the Expo; otherwise, non-member pricing will apply.
Registration and Payment Policies:
Booth reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
All advertising, booth, and sponsorship fees must be paid in full by February 15, 2025; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
Event Rules:
No product sales are permitted on-site during the event.
Outside food is strictly prohibited.
Vendors must park in designated vendor parking areas.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations submitted in writing on or before January 31, 2025, will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for any reason after February 15, 2025.
