Fall Late Stay Requests/Spring Early Arrival Requests
Students who are currently contracted to live on campus and are registered to live on campus for the upcoming semseter who have a travel conflict preventing them from departing campus upon closure and not returning until the opening of spring housing can apply for a short term late stay or early arrival. Approved short term/early arrivals will be billed to student accounts at $50 per day. Students who need more than 2 nights of late stay or early arrival may be required to apply for winter break housing online at my.rocky.edu.
Fall Early Arrival Requests
Students who are currently contracted to live on campus for the upcoming semseter who have a travel conflict preventing them from moving into the residence hall on their approved contract date can apply for an early arrival. Approved early arrivals will be billed to student accounts at $50 per day. Students who need more than 2 nights of early arrival may be required to apply for summer break housing online at my.rocky.edu.

Due to safety and security concerns, guests and students not registered for break housing are not allowed in the residence halls at any time during break period. All other policies will remain in effect for the duration of the break period. Any violation of Rocky Mountain College policy during the break period will result in immediate removal from the residence halls. Break period to end the first date of upcoming academic term classes.
