- The photos taken may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website and marketing materials. If you would NOT like your child photo to be used please tick below.
I hereby release and discharge the organizers, employees and any staff from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my child/ren participation in the photoshoot.

The boring Terms & Conditions! (sorry!)

PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING AND COMPLETING PAYMENT!

*PLEASE NOTE*

1. Booking & Payment
Your booking is confirmed once you’ve submitted your form and made your chosen payment amount. These sessions are offered on a “pay what you can” basis — although there is a minimum set fee of £5 just to help cover running costs.

2. Cancellations & Amendments
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please get in touch at least 48 hours before your session. Any changes or cancellations must be agreed in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may result in the booking fee not being refunded and will affect future booking priority.

3. Refunds
As these sessions are offered at a flexible rate and involve pre-booked time and preparation, refunds are not guaranteed. However, if you cancel with sufficient notice or in exceptional circumstances, a refund or credit may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive 5 minutes early — sessions are very short and are being run back-to-back. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. If you do not attend your booked session and haven’t contacted myself in advance, your booking will be considered a no-show and non-refundable.

5. Conduct
I always aim to create a relaxed and festive experience. Please ensure all members of your group behave respectfully as possible and follow any guidance from the photographer during the session. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in the session being ended early.

6. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any accidents, damage, or loss that may occur during your session, except where caused by proven negligence.

7. Arrival & Readiness

We love a good outfit change as much as anyone, but our mini sessions are mini! Please arrive ready to shoot — outfit on, hair sorted, smiles at the ready. Sessions are tightly scheduled so we can capture festive magic for as many families as possible. Arriving prepped means more time for the fun part — the photos!

8. Personal Photography
To keep the flow of the session and ensure everyone enjoys their experience, personal photography or video recording during the session is not permitted. This includes taking photos or videos on phones, tablets, or personal cameras before, during and after the session. If anyone is seen taking their own photos or videos during the session, the photographer reserves the right to end the session immediately and no refund will be given and you will not recieve any images the photographer has taken. This rule is to respect the time of everyone involved.

9. Respect & Behaviour
We want every session to be a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. Verbal or physical abuse, threatening behaviour, or any form of violence will not be tolerated towards the photographer, staff, or other attendees. Anyone displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave immediately, and the session will be terminated without refund. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings in these circumstances.

I will ALWAYS try my best to capture as many smiles as possible but due to reasons out of my control, this isn't always possible, you know your child best! Help me to provide the best images possible by making those gorgeous little angels, grinch's, snowmen, princess smile and laugh as much as we can! Thankyou!
