Anne Arundel County Tennis Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The Anne Arundel County Tennis Hall of Fame recognizes and honors county tennis players and contributors whose achievements in tennis-related activities have been outstanding over a significant period of time.

This nomination form is always open. The committee meets each June to choose the inductees for the fall induction. If a submission is made after May 31, it will be considered for the next induction cycle.

Nominees must have lived in Anne Arundel County for 10 years or more.
Player Nominees and Contributor/Coach must be 50 years or older.
