    The following information is required for us to ensure membership verification. By providing this information, the Committee of Management (CoM) can ensure your vote is counted at the AGM through cross references.

  • Proxy Nomination

    According to VMIAC's Rules, Members who can't attend the SGM can nominate another current Member to vote on their behalf. If you don't know another Member, you can nominate the Secretary, Mel Sherrin. Under VMIAC's Rules, Individual Members can nominate a proxy up until 24 hours prior to the AGM. Therefore, Members can nominate a proxy up until 2:30pm on Wednesday 4th of December.
