Step 1: Please fill out this registration for your parish group no later than January 2, 2025. We must know our final numbers for meal planning and other pertinent retreat planning by that date. We will not be able to refund/excuse any cancelations after this date (i.e. the $35 fee will still apply even in the event of a "no-show").

Step 2: Once we receive this form, we will send you a liability and media release for you to share with your teens.

Step 3: They and their parent(s)/guardian(s) must sign the release and return it to you (parish coordinator/youth minister).

Step 4: You will then mail the signed copies to us with one check from the parish for the total amount owed for the retreat ($35 per person) - we must receive the check no later than January 10, 2025.
