I, the owner of the vehicle described above, give authorized person or/and authorized company or/and insurance company agent the permission to pick up my vehicle from the possession of Gatorback Towing and Recovery.
Waiver of liability
The vehicle owner agrees to release and discharge the towing company, Gatorback Towing and Recovery, from any and all claims or causes of action and/or damage.
