    We're excited you and your little one(s) are coming for the festival. You requested in your festival registration that someone in your booking be excluded from photos on our website and publications.

    This form confirms your request and asks you to upload a recent photograph (not more than 3 months old) of your child.

    Please note: completion of this form does not mean that no photos will be taken of your child. Rather, should they be in a photo we will take every reasonable measure to ensure it is not published.
