TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Medical Emergencies:

I understand that in the event of a medical emergency, Woof Cuts will make every effort to contact me or the emergency contact listed above. Health and Safety:
I confirm that my dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations, including rabies, and is free of parasites (fleas, ticks, etc.). I will provide proof of vaccinations upon request.
I understand that grooming can be stressful for some dogs and may expose hidden medical conditions or aggravate existing conditions. I will not hold Woof Cuts lliable for any pre-existing or aggravating conditions uncovered or exacerbated during the grooming process.

Behavioral Issues:
I confirm that my dog has not shown aggressive behavior towards people or other animals. If my dog has any behavioral issues, I will disclose this information to Woof Cuts prior to the grooming session.
I understand that if my dog demonstrates aggressive behavior during grooming, Woof Cuts reserves the right to refuse service. If a muzzle or other restraint is deemed necessary for the safety of my dog and the groomer, I authorize its use.

Injuries and Accidents:
I acknowledge that while Woof Cuts takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of my dog, accidents can happen. I agree not to hold Woof Cuts, its employees, or its owners responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the grooming process.

Photographs and Publicity:
I grant Woof Cuts permission to take photographs of my dog during the grooming process and use these photos for promotional purposes, including social media, unless I indicate otherwise in writing.
