    Upon project completion, the Client will receive the final approved deliverables, including rendered images, videos, and/or exported 3D files (FBX/GLB/OBJ) with baked textures as specified in the project scope.

    Source files (including but not limited to .blend files, Substance Painter files, Substance Designer graphs, high-poly models, node setups, and working project files) are not included in the standard delivery.

    All working files and production workflows remain the intellectual property of the Artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Source File Transfer

    If the Client requires full source files, including editable project files, these can be provided for an additional licensing fee.

    Upon full payment of the agreed source file fee, editable files will be transferred to the Client. The Artist retains the right to display the work in portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full Ownership Transfer

    Upon full payment, all rights, including source files and editable project files, will be transferred to the Client. The Artist retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio unless a separate NDA agreement is signed.
