2024 Cotee River Christmas Boat Parade

Boat loading starts at 5:00 PM

Presented by New Port Richey Main Street, Inc.

The parade is open to all vessels capable of legal night-time operation. Jet Skis are not legal after dark. Any holiday theme is encouraged, the more holiday lights the better!

Parade packets and your boat numbers will be distributed during the Captains Meeting on 12/05/2023 at The Hacienda Hotel, 5621 Main Street, NPR, FL from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Please have someone representing your entry at this meeting, it is mandatory.

Boat Parade Pre-Registration Entry Fee:

• Small Craft < 25' - $25.00 - per Boat
• Large Commercial > 25' - $100.00 - per Boat

Payment will be due at the end of this application.

The undersigned, {fullName3}, as the owner and/or entrant of the vessel in the Cotee River Christmas Boat Parade ("Parade"), acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Agreement to Comply with Rules
   {fullName3} affirms understanding and compliance with all rules and regulations provided by the Parade organizers.
2. Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless
   {fullName3} agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of New Port Richey, the City of Port Richey, New Port Richey Main Street, Inc., all organizers, sponsors, and associated individuals from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or legal actions resulting from participation in the Parade or related activities.
3. Vessel Requirements and Captain Responsibilities
   All vessels must be motor-powered, capable of navigating the entire Parade route, and operated by a captain responsible for ensuring the vessel’s seaworthiness. Each vessel must have proper U.S. Coast Guard-approved safety equipment and follow all navigation rules applicable to the Parade.
