WCSJ 2025: Call for Proposals

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Please complete this form to submit a proposal for the World Conference of Science Journalists (WCSJ) 2025, scheduled to take place in Pretoria, South Africa, from 1–5 December 2025.

The submission deadline is Monday, 21 April 2025.

When planning your session, we encourage you to consider gender balance, ensuring representation from southern Africa, other African regions, or the Global South. Aim for diversity by including panellists from a variety of institutions and countries.

In your long abstract, please reflect on both the local and global implications of your proposed session topic.

The information provided in this form will be treated as confidential and used solely by the WCSJ2025 Organising Committee for programme planning and promotion of the conference. You may request to correct or delete your data at any time.
