Pricing & Inclusions
Our mobile coffee bar rental is priced at $250 per hour, plus $250 per 100 guests. This pricing includes all the essentials to create an exceptional coffee experience for your guests:
Customized Drink Menu: Choose from a variety of espresso-based drinks, including specialty lattes, cappuccinos, and seasonal beverages, tailored to match your event's theme or preferences.
Unlimited Beverages: Enjoy unlimited coffee service for the duration of the rental, with staffing and supplies to serve up to 100 guests per hour. Additional pricing applies for events with over 100 guests.
Professional Barista Service: Our experienced and friendly baristas handle all aspects of setup, preparation, and service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
Rustic, Vintage-Style Setup: Our beautifully designed coffee truck adds charm and ambiance to any venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Eco-Friendly Essentials: We provide eco-friendly cups, lids, and napkins as part of our commitment to sustainability.

Deposit & Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
