Bus Transportation

Attendees arriving Tuesday, February 11th, 2025 between 12 PM - 5 PM (CST) will be provided transportation to the conference hotel. Transportation will also be provided back to the airport Friday, February 14th, 2025 for flights departing after 3 PM (CST). Attendees arriving outside these times or to a different airport will need to arrange their own transportation.

The cutoff date has passed and we are no longer able to reserve rooms at the Grand Hotel. If you still wish to attend the ReSPIRE, you will need to make your own accommodation arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.

Accommodations have been arranged at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa (1 Grand Blvd, Point Clear, AL 36564) and are shared. Please specify below if you have a specific roommate request, as efforts will be made to honor requests when possible. Single rooms may be accommodated with a $150/night donation (pay here). You need not directly contact the Grand Hotel to secure your room unless you would like to extend your stay or pay for your room entirely (please make sure to ask for the conference rate if booking directly).
