Quick Rentals are intended to be quick-- 1 hour minimum, 2 hour maximum -including set-up and break-down.

3+ hour rentals must be requested via the Full Rental Request form. (2 weeks lead time minimum)

Only full rental hours will be granted-- half or quarter hours will be charged at the full hourly rate.

Quiet Hours: There is a hard-out of 10:00pm and all guests must be off of the premises by this time. Hosts are welcome to remain on-site with Hub staff if break-down has be granted in the rental schedule for after 10pm.
