EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTOR FORM

Show Management must receive the complete EAC Form and COI for the EAC to gain admittance to the show floor.

If you have more than one EAC, please complete this form for each company that will be on show site. 

Staff of EAC not registered, and or if they have not submitted their COI will not be allowed to enter the exhibit floor. 

RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING EACs: 

• The EAC will refrain from placing an undue burden on the Official Contractors, especially by not interfering in any way with the Official Contractors’ work.
• The EAC will not solicit business on the show floor at any time.
• The EAC is to cooperate with the Official Contractors and with existing labor regulations or contractors as determined by the commitment made and obligations assumed by Show Management. 

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) shall, at its own expense, secure and maintain the following insurance requirements:

1. Workers’ Compensation in the minimum amount required by state law
2. Commercial General Liability in the minimum amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) covering all operations
3. Automobile Liability in a minimum amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) covering all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles
4. Coverage Dates: March 31 - April 5, 2025
5. Certificate Holder: TRANSACT Acquireco LLC, 2300 Clarendon Boulevard, Suite 305, Arlington, VA 22201
6. Description of Operations / Additional Insured:  The policies for Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability names TRANSACT Show 2025, ETA, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, and Freeman as additional insured.

*Certified copies of the Certificates of Insurance or policies may not be canceled without 30 days advance written notice to Show Management.

EAC’s will not be allowed to perform the following services: Drayage, Fork and Genie Lift Operations, Overhead Rigging, Electrical Services, Plumbing Services, Telecommunication Services, Booth Cleaning, Lead Retrieval and Catering.

Show Management's Discretionary Rights: TRANSACT Show Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold approval or to dismiss from the show any service contractor whose participation in the show may, in the opinion of Show Management, lead to strikes, picketing, or other labor action directed at the show, or other disruption of the show, or other reasonable interference with or inconvenience to the show or any of the exhibitors.
