Canada Games Park is in the process of allocating the Canadian Tire gymnasium. User groups who are interested in renting the court should complete this form with their rental requests and hit submit.

Instructions: Please complete the form below indicating the dates, times and facility area you are requesting. Please be as detailed as possible with your request. Include information related to setup times, games, practices, and other equipment or storage requested.

Please note facility space allocations will be conducted in accordance with Canada Games Park – Allocation Priorities. All forms with due dates will be posted to this webpage and communicated on our social platforms.

Canada Games Park reserves the right to reject or decline any application which are incomplete or incorrectly filled out.

Canada Games Park retains your data for the purpose of contacting you regarding your rental or billing. We will not share or sell the information to any third party. It is strictly for office use only.

For organizations with adult and youth participants, please indicate in the comments which group the gymnasium rental is for. If you are a not for profit, please provide your ID number in the space provided.
