Please complete this form to attend the Border View Family YMCA Holiday Giving Tree Event, 5:00 to 7:00pm, Friday, December 12, 2025. You may register your children ages 13 and younger to receive a gift at the event! Limit one gift per child, and the child must be at the event to receive a gift. Our gift distribution will be limited to just 100 children! When registration is full, we will maintain a waitlist and provide updates to those families.
