NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY:
At Revolution Tattoo Studio, a non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments; this will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo and holds your appointment time.
The deposit will be non-refundable under ANY circumstance. No exceptions.
The non-refundable deposit amount varies depending on the length of time needed to complete the desired piece.
This policy is for the protection of the artist and their investment of time and resources used to prepare for your upcoming appointment and the potential loss in income if the appointment cannot be rebooked.
Once a non-refundable deposit is made, a confirmation email will be sent and your appointment will be added to the calendar.
CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
Revolution Tattoo Studios has the following cancellation policy:
Any appointment needing rescheduled or cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Life happens! I'm happy to waive 1 cancellation fee, but past that you will be charged according to this policy.
Any no-show will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. No exceptions.
A late fee of $25 will apply to anyone arriving 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment, regardless of notification.
In some instances, I will not be able to perform your scheduled appointment if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, thus resulting in a no-show fee.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Revolution Tattoo Studios is happy to reschedule any tattoo appointment up to 2 times under the same non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule a 3rd time, you will forfeit your existing deposit and it will not go toward your appointment. A new non-refundable deposit will need to be made to hold the rescheduled appointment.
