By inputting your signature below you are agreeing with the following: Event begins at 9am on 11/8/2025, and ends at 1pm on 11/8/2025. Booth setup begins at 7am on 11/8/2025 unless otherwise announced. Booths must be completed no later than 8:45 on 11/8/2025. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths (though volunteers may be available). Absolutely no early tear downs will be tolerated. You will not be asked or an approved vendor to participate in future any events. Any vendors who have not paid in full by 10/31/2025, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Each vendor is responsible for any and all items. By signing below you are releasing the venue (Pana High School & Pana Unit Schools Unit #8) and the Pana Market's hosts and staff of any and all damages. Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, electrical and water access will need to be discussed.
