    Submission Requirements:

    • Photographs: Please submit high-resolution studio-quality portraits in JPEG format. The ideal file size is between 3MB and 12MB, with a minimum height or width of 3000 pixels.
    • Announcement Details: Accurate and complete information is essential for a timely and accurate publication. Please ensure all fields on the submission form are filled out correctly. If the celebrants or their parents reside outside the region, kindly establish their local connection to highlight the announcement's relevance to our readership. When referencing deceased parents, please use the term "late."
    • Verification: For verification and clarification purposes, include a daytime telephone number where one of the celebrants can be reached.
    • Deadline: To guarantee publication, please submit your announcement at least 14 business days prior to the desired Sunday publication date.

    Important Note: Submission fees cover photo processing and do not influence editorial content or placement.
