Submission Requirements:
- Photographs: For your engagement announcement, we encourage you to submit high-resolution studio-quality portraits in JPEG format. The ideal file size is between 3MB and 12MB, with a minimum height or width of 3000 pixels. Please ensure the photograph is original. While photographs are encouraged, we understand your preference for privacy and will gladly run announcements without them upon request.
- Announcement Details: Accurate and complete information is essential for a timely and accurate publication. Please ensure all fields on the submission form are filled out correctly. Kindly adhere to the information requested on our standard engagement forms, including the full names and addresses of the couple and their parents.
- Residency: To qualify for publication, the bride-to-be, groom-to-be, or a parent of either must reside within our coverage area. We also make special considerations for former residents, those with local grandparents, and couples who plan to marry in the area but reside elsewhere.
- Verification: For verification and clarification purposes, include a daytime telephone number where one of the celebrants can be reached.
- Deadline: To guarantee publication, please submit your announcement at least 14 business days prior to the desired Sunday publication date.
- Important Note: Submission fees cover photo processing and do not influence editorial content or placement.
