To book an East Central Catholic Schools school facility, please complete this School Facilities Booking Request form. A staff member will contact you within three (3) business days to confirm the details.
- If your booking request is approved, a Rental Agreement will be supplied and must be signed BEFORE the division confirms the booking.
- Full payment is due immediately for ALL rentals once the booking is confirmed.
- Acceptable payment: Cheque made payable to The East Central Alberta Catholic School Division.
- The cancellation policy is dependent on the nature of the booking and a cancellation fee may apply.
- Setup/Decorating/Cleanup times also need to be booked in.
- Absolutely no liquor, tobacco or drugs are permitted on school property.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: The East Central Catholic School Division requires all outside user groups and individuals using ECACS facilities to provide their own insurance. Outside users are welcome to get insurance from any broker they choose. If you'd like to purchase third party insurance through the insurance company used by the Division please click the link below:
