Just a request a specific time between at the Warrensville Heights Recreation Center, with Swim Baby Swim Cleveland. These are PRIVATE one on one lessons ONLY. They are 20 minutes long. Ages 6mts to Adult. More than one child then Call us for scheduling and even questions at 216-645-9431. We will call to confirm with a start date for the 3rd week of June. One class is $67 but Packages of 4 lessons is $155. Payment will be require when your day and time is confirm.

In the event of a medical emergency, the undersigned Parent/Guardian of the above named participant, hereby grants authorization Swim Baby Swim Cleveland LLC. (SBS) and its representatives, to employ any legally licensed physician or healthcare facility and to direct and/or order emergency medical treatment for the above named participant. I, the undersigned, further agrees that SBS neither, nor any of its representatives shall be liable under any circumstances to anyone for exercising the foregoing authority in the event of an emergency. I, the undersigned, as the parent or legal guardian of the child listed on this application in consideration of the request and permission to participate in SBS programs, including, but not limited to Swim Lessons, and Birthday Parties hereby assume full responsibility for all risks of injury or loss which may result from my son/daughter’s participation in this activity and hereby agree to hold harmless, release and forever discharge SBS, The City of North Olmsted, Hawken School, The City of Solon, Warrensville Heights City School District, The City of Warrensville Heights, The City of Cleveland, and it's officers, agents and employees from and waive any and all claims and demands whatsoever which the persons, or damage to or loss or destruction of any property arising or resulting directly or indirectly from my son/daughter’s participation in the aforementioned program and occurring during said participation or any time subsequent thereto, save and except that the above provisions shall not be applicable injury to or death of persons, or damage to or loss of property of which is the result of gross negligence or terms of this release shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my son/daughter, heirs, executors and administrators and for all my family members. I understand, agree, and acknowledge that there are risks inherent in sporting activities conducted by SBS including, but not limited to paralyzing injuries, brain injuries, and death. These activities may be of a hazardous nature and include strenuous exercise and vigorous physical activities. With the full understanding of the facts, I state, that to the best of my knowledge, my son/daughter listed on this application has no medical, physical, mental or emotional health condition which would hinder or prevent his/her active participation in SBS’s programs.*

NO REFUNDS FOR SWIM LESSONS. Due to operating costs, which includes our staff payroll, and rentals. Only private lessons can turn into a gift cards for transfers for friends and families. When you enroll into any swim lessons, your lesson/class time is held exclusively for you at that day/time/week and prevents us from selling that time slot to someone else. There's no exceptions. At Swim Baby Swim, the cleanliness of our water is a huge priority. One way we do this is to ensure that kiddos who are not potty trained wear properly sized swim diapers with a double layer of protection! According to the CDC, no swim diaper holds fecal material beyond 3-5 minutes. By wearing snug-fitting diapers we hope to get the full 5 minutes so we can get the kiddo out of the pool in time. It helps keep everyone safe and prevents shutting down the pool for lessons. All children/Adults who are not potty trained (no accidents in the last three months) must wear two snug-fitting reusable swim diapers. The bottom layer must be a Finis Reusable Swim Diaper, and the top layer must be a Splash About Happy Nappy Swim Diaper. we sell them. You are welcome to buy these diapers in our facility or they are both available online. Children are not required to wear a swimsuit or additional layer on top of their swim diapers. We do not allow the use of any type of disposable diaper in the pool. These diapers do not keep solids from entering the pool. In addition, please do not bring your child to class if they have had diarrhea within the past two days. Families will be charge a $50 for any fecal accident in the pool that closes the the pool down. Please have your child wear two swim diapers. We sell plastic reusable diapers too for $5. We have links to Adult sizes too.*
