Small Group Training (see details and times below)
1:1 Personal Training - 30 min session ($49.50 per week)
1:1 Personal Training - 60 min session ($82.50 per week)
Hybrid Training - face to face training and a personalised home workout program includes video demos, workout tracking & accountability check-ins ($33 per week)
Online Training - a 10 week personalised home workout program includes video demos, workout tracking & accountability check-ins ($44 per week)
Strong Start Running Program - a 12 week customised online workout program designed to improve your strength for running ($37 per week)
Small Group Training
Sessions are focused on building strength with a maximum of 4-5 ladies in a session for an individualised approach to your training. Prices = 1 session / week ($37.95), 2 sessions / week ($73.70), 3 sessions / week ($108.90). All prices GST inclusive.
