  • FAST TRACK MOVERS MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Membership Duration

    Lifetime Membership: A five (5) year period from the date of membership activation.
    Membership Commencement: Upon full payment and acceptance of terms.
    Renewal: Option to renew at preferential rates after the 5-year term expires.

    2. Membership Tiers and Benefits

    Bronze Membership ($299)

    20% discount on TWO (2) qualifying moves within the 5-year term.

    Silver Membership ($500)

    35% discount on THREE (3) qualifying moves within the 5-year term.
    All Bronze benefits plus: Two free hours of professional packing assistance.
    VIP Communication Benefits: Dedicated phone line, priority email response, direct scheduling access, and same-day quotes.

    Gold Membership ($1000)

    50% discount on THREE (3) qualifying moves within the 5-year term.
    All Silver benefits plus: Priority scheduling and booking access.
    Flexible cancellation policy.

    3. Renewal Options

    Members in good standing are eligible for a 20% renewal discount.
    Early renewal within the final 6 months locks in the original rate.
    Continuous membership rewards for renewals.

    4. Limitations and Restrictions

    Service Area: Benefits are valid only within Fresno, Clovis, and Madera. Additional fees may apply for moves outside the primary service area. Seasonal pricing variations may apply.
    Discount Applications: Discounts apply to standard moving services only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Specialty items (pianos, safes, etc.) are excluded. Peak season surcharges may apply.
    Usage Limitations: Benefits are non-transferable (except Gold tier family benefits). No cash value for unused benefits or moves. Minimum move charges apply. 48-hour notice is required for standard moves. Moves must be scheduled within the 5-year term.


    5. Business Closure Protection

    Member Investment Protection: In the event of business closure before the 5-year term completion: Members receive a 30% refund of their original investment Bronze members: $60 refund
    Silver members: $150 refund
    Gold members: $300 refund
    Refund Process: Email and certified mail notification, 90-day claim period from closure announcement, proof of membership required, refunds processed within 30 days of claim.
    Qualifying Conditions: Applies to permanent business closure only and does not apply to business sale or transfer, temporary service suspension, natural disasters/force majeure, or member-initiated termination.
    Documentation Requirements: Original membership certificate, valid ID, current contact information, and signed refund claim form.
    6. Legal Compliance

    Business Closure Fund: 30% of membership fees are reserved in a protected account. Quarterly fund balance reports are available, and there is independent trustee oversight and regular compliance audits.
    Notice Requirements: 30-day minimum closure notice when possible, public notice in the local newspaper, email notification to all members, and a posted notice at the business location.
    Claims Processing: Claims are processed in order received. Pro-rated refunds may apply if the fund is insufficient. An appeals process is available, and a third-party administrator handles distributions.
