Session Participation Agreement Terms and Conditions* This field is required.By submitting your application and requesting a session with Mistress Euphoria, you agree that all activities will be conducted with mutual consent. You will notify Mistress Euphoria of any physical discomfort, such as fatigue, nausea, or pain, and you understand that you may discontinue the session at any time without consequence, aside from the agreed-upon tribute. Agreements: No sexual activities or illegal acts will take place during the session. Your preferences will be considered, but activities will be limited by Mistress Euphoria's rules. You confirm that you have reviewed the off-limits list and will not request prohibited activities. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a session, which will be forfeited if you cancel or do not comply with the terms. Limits of Liability: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the session. Mistress Euphoria and any other parties involved are released from any liability for physical, emotional, or property damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all participants from any claims or legal actions arising from your participation. Law Enforcement: By submitting this application, you confirm that you are not affiliated with any law enforcement agency or acting on behalf of one. Any misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of the session and forfeiture of fees, with possible legal action.
